Professional Experience
Senior Product Manager | Merkle – San Francisco, CA
Feb 2022 – Present
I was prompted to lead day-to-day technical discussions on engineering solutions with 4 solution architects. I managed requirements elicitation from 3.8K business terms in Collibra and 3.4K files in SharePoint. I translated business rules into technical requirements, wrote playbook in Confluence, and developed thirty rules for SQL based rule engine, which identified 57% of enterprise customers as terminated, and partnered with engineering to data purge from 15 petabytes of managed customer data.
Cloud Product Manager | Merkle – San Francisco, CA
Sep 2021 – Feb 2022
I normalized legacy siloed information into enterprise view from 1.3M booking records and 860 attributes from 5 source systems and performed data analytics using Power BI and Tableau to identify 3.2K data anomalies from customer records. Reengineered enterprise customer lineage with 39% greater accuracy, linking 4.7K unmapped accounts to parent companies.
Product Manager | Adobe – San Jose, CA
Apr 2021 – Sep 2021
I supported the Enterprise Subscription Business through socializing system improvements to renewals logic with Business Process owners, translating changes into user stories, and partnering with Scrum Team on technical solutions for SAP and Salesforce. Supported the planning and delivery of Run-the-Business requirements for an audience of 990 Enterprise Sales Reps in the DX side of the business. My crowning jewel was simplifying the At Risk Process in Salesforce by joining requests to reduce time spent by 20% in $250M annual attrition workflow, leading to and accepting an offer from Merkle to lead product development of the Data Deletion program at Adobe.
Product Management Consultant | A&B Success – Norwalk, CA
Oct 2018 – Mar 2020
I was brought on to identify a key process improvement, recognize user pain points, capture behaviors, detect workflow triggers, assess 350+ Software as a Service (SaaS) apps, and write the business case to guide the Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) build decision. In addition, I engineered the system architecture diagram to align user wants and needs to enable the iPaaS to seamlessly run SaaS dataflows within an integrated cloud-hosted solution. In addition, I finalized the market requirements document and software requirements specification.
Product Manager | Odyssey 196 – Berkeley, CA
Mar 2016 – Sep 2018
I managed the end-to-end product development for two world records, produced a YouTube channel with 63 videos to promote the journey, launched a social media presence with 435 Instagram posts and 6K Flickr photos, and applied UX/UI design to the created website. The scope of this initiative involved prearranging 442 nights of accommodations in 225 locations, booking 302 flights on 126 airlines, and self-funding the entire $106K trip. I conducted extensive research into entry requirements, gathered visa documents, submitted paperwork, and successfully received 85 disparate visas. In all, I traveled to 196 countries to break the youngest and fastest world records, validated through 9.4K pages of documentation.
Student Library Assistant | Northern Regional Library Facility – Richmond, CA
Sep 2015 – Mar 2016
I evaluated existing stack space for capacity optimization and identified a 23% underutilized shelving density, prevailing from a flawed stack layout. Closing the gap would add 182,654 volumes and culminate in $621K annual savings. Recommended strategic initiative to the University Librarian. View Needs Assessment

By documenting user stories, specifications, and product features, I created a detailed work order to communicate across teams. In addition, I mapped the user journey experience, led prototype development, drove design discussions, built the product roadmap, and inspired the engineering team to develop user and admin interfaces for the e-commerce website with B2B and B2C product offerings. I also led an Agile team of five to build a lamp finder web app using AngularJS and Ruby on Rails, created structured tables in a relational database using PostgreSQL, populated database with 100K SKUs, and received a provisional patent.

I also guided a software development team of nine, implemented Scrum methodology, and negotiated timelines with the Lead Engineer. By negotiating a strategic partnership with manufacturer Luxul Technology, I reduced COGS by 31%, and by formalizing an MoU with the lighting distributor Omega Pacific, I secured $500K inventory for the e-commerce website, bypassing two layers of the distribution channel. Finally, I raised $32K in angel-seed investment, joined an incubator, and built proprietary software that led to our acquisition by Ledxchange.
